It's natural to have questions before signing up on a new platform — is it safe? What happens to my personal information? Will I actually receive my money? Before registering at g9999, it's worth getting clear answers to all of these.
To register at g9999, all you need is a mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a password. No bank details or card numbers are required upfront. Registration is free and takes just 2 minutes.
Why is your date of birth required during registration? g9999 strictly does not provide services to anyone under 18. This is a legal requirement and part of our responsible gaming policy. Providing an incorrect date of birth can cause issues during KYC verification and may result in withdrawals being blocked. Entering accurate information is in your own best interest.
How many accounts can you open with one mobile number? Just one. Under g9999's policy, each person may hold only a single account. Attempting to create two accounts using the same mobile number, email, or payment method may result in both accounts being suspended. If you already have an account, simply log back in rather than creating a new one.
When can you make your first deposit after registering? Right after OTP verification. Once your account is active, you can deposit instantly via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Your welcome bonus will be credited to your account automatically on your first deposit.
Do you have to start playing right after signing up? Not at all. Once your account is created, you can start playing whenever it suits you — no pressure, no obligations. Just keep in mind that bonuses do have expiry dates, so if there's a promo offer, make sure to use it within the specified time.
Signing up with g9999 is different from opening an account on a regular website — every transaction is secured with SSL, payment details are never stored on our servers, and you're free to close your account and withdraw your balance at any time. Registration doesn't lock you in — you can stop whenever you want.
If you have a referral or promo code, enter it during registration — adding it later may not be possible. If a friend sent you a link, use that link to register and you'll both receive a bonus.
An active mobile number (ideally registered with bKash/Nagad).
A valid email address — you'll need it for password resets.

Have your promo code handy if you have one.
