If the g9999 app won't open or keeps crashing, start with a few simple steps.
Step One — Clear the Cache: Go to Phone Settings → Apps → g9999 → Storage → Clear Cache, then reopen the app.
Check for updates: On Android, go to g9999's official app page and download the latest APK file. Uninstall the old version before installing the new one. On iOS, simply tap Update in the App Store. g9999 releases regular updates to fix bugs and introduce new features.
Check your phone's storage: If your phone has less than 1 GB of free storage, the app may crash. Free up space by deleting unwanted photos or apps.
Check your internet connection: Live games and betting odds may not load on a weak connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
If the steps above don't resolve the issue, uninstall the app and reinstall it — your account data will not be lost. If the problem persists, contact support@g9999.click with your phone model and Android/iOS version.
G9999 offers several tools to help you manage your spending and time. All of them are free to use and accessible from Account Settings after logging in.
Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. For example, if you set a weekly limit of ৳1,000, you won't be able to deposit more than that amount during the week. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Session Time Limit: Set a maximum continuous play time of 1 to 8 hours. You'll be automatically logged out when the time is up.
Cool-Down (Temporary Break): Temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months. You will not be able to log in during the break period.
Self-Exclusion: The most powerful tool — set a break lasting anywhere from 3 months to 5 years. This cannot be reversed before the period ends.
To enable these tools: Log in → Profile icon → Settings → Responsible Gaming. For more details Responsible Gaming Page View.
With g9999's referral program, both you and your friend receive rewards when they join.
How to refer: Log in and go to your profile or the Bonus section. Under "Refer a Friend" or "Bring a Friend," you'll find your personal referral link or code. Share it with friends via WhatsApp, SMS, or directly.
When rewards arrive: Once your friend registers using your link and makes their first deposit, a referral bonus will be credited to your account — usually within 48 hours.
Reward Amount: The exact referral bonus amount depends on the current promotion. To see the latest offer, Bonus Page View.
Terms: Self-referrals using the same mobile number, device, or IP address are not allowed. Your friend must register a new account. No reward will be given if they sign up without using your referral link.
Odds are a numerical expression of the likelihood of an event — they tell you exactly how much you stand to win.
Decimal Odds (g9999 default): Example: Odds of 1.85. A ৳100 bet returns 100 × 1.85 = ৳185 if you win (stake included) — a profit of ৳85.
The higher the odds, the lower the probability of winning — but the greater the potential reward. Odds of 1.20 mean a near-certain win, but the payout is small. Odds of 5.00 mean a lower chance of winning, but the reward is much higher if you do.
Fractional Odds: For example, 3/1 means ৳3 profit for every ৳1 wagered. You can change the odds format in Settings on g9999.
Live Odds: Odds change while a match is in progress, fluctuating based on the score, time elapsed, and the flow of play. Acting quickly can help you lock in better value.
In the Sports section at g9999, odds are displayed automatically for every match. The bet slip also shows your potential winnings upfront, calculated in real time.
